Presentation

Mckinsey’s report, Women in the Healthcare Industry, shows a higher female representation at all levels in the healthcare industry than in other sectors. However, while women occupy a large share of entry-level line roles, their representation declines rapidly at more senior levels. To learn about the ‘secret formula’ of how to achieve ambitious career goals we have invited three brilliant women in senior leadership positions from the healthcare industry to share their experiences.
